The course also covers drink management, brew ratios, temperature control, and customer service. Along with barista skills, students receive essential hospitality training, including table setup, service sequence, and tray handling. The program includes an internship, giving you hands-on café experience and the confidence to work professionally in cafés, restaurants and hotels.
